Use the inverted method. Flip the AeroPress upside down.
Take the AeroPress plunger until it's on the top of the #4 circle inside the brew chamber.
Add a scoop of ground coffee to the AeroPress brew chamber.
Pour hot water (200F or 93C) until it reaches the top of the #3 circle inside the brew chamber.
Let the ground coffee bloom for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, take the stirrer and gently stir the coffee.
Then fill the brew chamber with hot water to the very top.
Take the filter paper and rinse with hot water before inserting it in the filter cap. Then screw the filter cap tightly on the brew chamber.
Wait another one minute and a half. After that take a cup and place it on top of the AeroPress and hold it with one hand.
Then hold the brew chamber and the plunger on the other hand. Flip the AeroPress until it is sitting on top of the cup.
Plunge the coffee carefully until you have pushed all the brewed coffee out of the brew chamber.
Now you have a single cup of 8 oz coffee. Enjoy!
