Make this quick and easy two-ingredient banana pancakes recipe for you and your loved ones to enjoy on a busy weekday.
We were inspired to make this simple two-ingredient banana pancakes recipe about two years ago. Zach saw a video one day and said that we should try it because it looks easy to make, and at the time, he didn’t want to consume a lot of carbs in the morning, so this was a healthy alternative.
He doesn’t remember where he saw the video, but we thought to share this recipe because we enjoy making it, and we thought you would too.
How to Make Two-Ingredient Banana Pancake
What you will need:
- Eggs
- Banana
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Mash the banana in a bowl. Whisk the eggs with the mashed banana until it’s blended together. Cooked over medium heat until it begins to brown. Flip and cook until ready. Serve and enjoy!
We tried many different pancake syrup with this recipe, and Zach enjoys the traditional pancake syrup and butter. However, I love to have pancakes with coconut syrup. It is delicious! You must try it with this one.
I am not sure if your local grocery store carries the Tutu’s Pantry brand, but I found it on Amazon if you are interested. The Hawaiian Sun brand is also delicious; however, it has high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients, and this one doesn’t.
