Ice Macadamia Milk Latte (with Cold Brew Ice Cubes)

Make this delicious iced Macadamia milk latte with homemade cold brew ice cubes for an afternoon pick me up.

Equipment

  • Ice cube tray
  • AeroPress

Ingredients
  

Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cubes

  • 1.2 oz coffee beans paper filter grind setting
  • 2/3 cups room temperature water

Macadamia Nut Milk Latte

  • macadamia nut milk
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup

Instructions
 

Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cubes

  • Grind the coffee beans in a coffee grinder on a paper filter grind setting. 
  • Add the ground coffee into the inverted AeroPress with room temperature water together.
  • Stir, cover, and let it steeped in the room temperature overnight for 12 – 24 hours.
  • When the coffee is ready to be strained, flip the AeroPress and press the plunger.
  • After it’s strained, pour the cold brew coffee into ice cube trays and freeze for four hours.

Macadamia Nut Milk Latte

  • Take a favorite glass cup
  • Fill it with cold brew coffee ice cubes and macadamia nut milk.
  • Stir and enjoy!
  • Optional: Add vanilla syrup or simple syrup to sweeten the drink.
