How to Make a Cheese Foam

This is a second way to make a cheese foam, and it's my favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the evaporated milk and condensed milk and freeze for 20 - 25 minutes. When the sides of the mixture are forming crystallized layers, then it is ready to whisk.
  • Add the cream cheese into the milk mixture. Beat until the color and texture starts to change into a cloud-like form and when the volume doubles.
  • Add the sea salt and adjust according to desired taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
