How to Make a Cheese Foam

This is a second way to make a cheese foam, and it's my favorite.

Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt

Method
 

  1. Combine the evaporated milk and condensed milk and freeze for 20 - 25 minutes. When the sides of the mixture are forming crystallized layers, then it is ready to whisk.
  2. Add the cream cheese into the milk mixture. Beat until the color and texture starts to change into a cloud-like form and when the volume doubles.
  3. Add the sea salt and adjust according to desired taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
