Poached Eggs
- Crack an egg into a small mesh sieve over a bowl. Wait until the liquidy egg whites have been removed. Then place the egg in a separate small bowl.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Once boiling, turn the heat to medium-low and stir a tablespoon of vinegar into the water.
- Drop the egg in the middle of the vortex and let it cook for 3 minutes. Then remove the egg with a spoon, dab dry to remove excess water and serve!
Avocado Toast
- Toast the bread on a stovetop with olive oil to give it some extra flavor.
- Take the avocado and mash it in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon/lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Then assemble the toast, avocado, poached eggs, and top with a little bit of pepper and the right amount of furikake.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
