Healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen banana
- 1 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp hemp seed
- 1 tsp blueberry powder optional
- 1 tbsp tbsp MCT Oil
- 1/2 cup macadamia milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional or use other healthy alternative sweetener
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of macadamia milk.
- If the smoothie is too runny, add more frozen bananas until you reach your desired consistency.
- You can use honey, agave, vanilla stevia, and dates as an alternative sweetener to sweeten your smoothie.
