Healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 tsp hemp seed
  • 1 tsp blueberry powder optional
  • 1 tbsp tbsp MCT Oil
  • 1/2 cup macadamia milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional or use other healthy alternative sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of macadamia milk.
  • If the smoothie is too runny, add more frozen bananas until you reach your desired consistency.
  • You can use honey, agave, vanilla stevia, and dates as an alternative sweetener to sweeten your smoothie.
