  • 2 cups frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee butter
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • optional: chaga powder
  • optional: peanut butter
  • garnish: almond slices & cacao nibs
