Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
- Add all the ingredients in a small pot and let it simmer on a low to medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup has slightly thickened.
- Then gradually turn the heat down until ready. Remove from heat and set aside to cool while you prepare the other ingredients.
Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso Latte
- Brew a shot of espresso.
- Take a drink shaker or a mason jar with a lid and add alot of ice cubes, a shot of espresso, 0.5 oz of brown sugar cinnamon syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon powder.
- Secure the lid and firmly hold the shaker with both hands. Then shake vigorously for 30 - 40 seconds.
- Take a glass cup and add a few more ice cubes.
- Add your favorite milk (or oat milk for an at-home Starbucks drink) over the ice cubes. And carefully pour the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso mixture over the milk. Stir and enjoy!
