How to make Iced Oolong Tea with Cheese Foam

Have you ever wanted a cheese foam iced tea, but the nearest boba or cafe shop is a few miles away? Well, here is a quick and easy Iced Oolong Tea recipe that you can make any time at home!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oolong tea bags
  • 16 oz Hot water or 2 Cups
  • 2 tbsp Sugar or your favorite sweetener
  • Topped with cheese foam

Equipment

  • Milk Frother

Method
 

  1. Bring the water to a boil. Take two Oolong tea bags into a glass container and add two cups of hot water over the tea bags.
  2. Let the tea steep for 6 - 8 minutes. Then add two tbsp of sugar or your favorite sweetener.
  3. Set the Oolong tea aside to cool. While waiting for the tea to cool, start making the cheese foam.
  4. Once the cheese foam is ready, go ahead and start putting the drink together.
  5. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Oolong tea. Leave enough room for the cheese foam.
  6. Pour the cheese foam over the tea and ice to the top and enjoy!
