Milk Syrup
  • 1 part evaporated milk
  • 1 part condensed milk

  • 1 oz strawberry syrup
  • 1.5 oz milk syrup
  • your favorite milk
  • ice cubes
  • 1 shot espresso

Method
 

Milk Syrup
  1. Mix one part of evaporated milk and one part condensed milk in a small container.

  1. Add homemade strawberry syrup (learn how to make strawberry syrup) and milk syrup in a glass cup.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Then carefully pour your favorite milk over the ice.
  4. Pour over the freshly made espresso over the milk and ice, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Note: The recipe for the strawberry syrup is the same as the strawberry puree. After making it, the only thing you need to do is strain the puree to get a delicious strawberry syrup.
