Ingredients
  

Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam
  • 3 oz whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff cookies
Lotus Biscoff Latte
  • 1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff cookie butter
  • espresso shot or concentrated coffee
  • 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
  • ice
  • your favorite milk

Method
 

Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam
  1. In a glass mixing cup, add the whipping cream and crumbled Lotus Biscoff cookies.
  2. Beat on high until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
Lotus Biscoff Latte
  1. Add a tablespoon full of Lotus Biscoff cookie butter in a glass cup. Pour the espresso shot over the butter and add a half ounce vanilla syrup. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Fill the glass with ice. Then carefully pour milk over the ice.
  3. To finish topped the drink with the Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam. Serve and enjoy!
  4. Optional: Serve with crumbled cookies and cookie on top.
