Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam
- In a glass mixing cup, add the whipping cream and crumbled Lotus Biscoff cookies.
- Beat on high until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
Lotus Biscoff Latte
- Add a tablespoon full of Lotus Biscoff cookie butter in a glass cup. Pour the espresso shot over the butter and add a half ounce vanilla syrup. Stir until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice. Then carefully pour milk over the ice.
- To finish topped the drink with the Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam. Serve and enjoy!
- Optional: Serve with crumbled cookies and cookie on top.
