use ceremonial or premium matcha

your favorite milk
ice cubes

vanilla syrup

Instructions
Matcha Ice Cubes
Add the matcha powder and hot water in a bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk.
Whisk in a circular and M motion until completely dissolved and smooth.
Let the matcha cool for 10 - 15 minutes. Pour the matcha into an ice cube tray and freeze for four hours.
Macadamia Milk Matcha Latte
Add the matcha powder and hot water in a bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk. (You can also use a milk frother, spoon, or a blender)
Whisk in a circular and M motion until completely dissolved and smooth.
Pour the vanilla syrup (optional) into the glass and add the ice and macadamia milk.
The carefully pour the matcha over the milk. Enjoy!

Tip: The secret to creating a clean layer when pouring the matcha is to aim for the ice cubes.
