Ultimate Macadamia Milk Matcha Latte (with Matcha Ice Cube)

A fun and easy way to make an Iced Macadamia Milk Matcha Latte with the added extra Matcha goodness from the matcha ice cubes.

Ingredients
  

Matcha Ice Cubes

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder use premium matcha
  • 3 oz hot water
  • 8 oz room temperature water

Macadamia Milk Matcha Latte

  • 1 tsp matcha powder use ceremonial or premium matcha
  • 3 oz hot water
  • 6 oz your favorite milk
  • ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup optional

Instructions
 

Matcha Ice Cubes

  • Add the matcha powder and hot water in a bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk.
  • Whisk in a circular and M motion until completely dissolved and smooth.
  • Let the matcha cool for 10 - 15 minutes. Pour the matcha into an ice cube tray and freeze for four hours.

Macadamia Milk Matcha Latte

  • Add the matcha powder and hot water in a bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk. (You can also use a milk frother, spoon, or a blender)
  • Whisk in a circular and M motion until completely dissolved and smooth.
  • Pour the vanilla syrup (optional) into the glass and add the ice and macadamia milk.
  • The carefully pour the matcha over the milk. Enjoy!

Notes

Tip: The secret to creating a clean layer when pouring the matcha is to aim for the ice cubes.
