Vegan French Toast
- 4 slices bread
- 1/2 cup JUST Egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 2 tbsp plant-base butter
Toppings
- 1/2 tbsp plant-base butter
- powdered sugar
- assorted fresh berries
- maple syrup
Whisk the JUST Egg, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, and oat milk on a wide, deep plate.
Take your favorite bread and soak the slices until both sides are fully coated.
Prepare the skillet by warming it over medium heat and adding plant-based butter.
Once ready, cook each bread piece until both sides are golden browned.
