Pour water into a stockpot and let it come to a boil. Then add your shin ramen noodles.
Let the noodles cook just before it’s ready. Drain the water but save a little bit for the sauce.
Add the butter, sriracha, and chopped kimchi in a saucepan and sauté.
Then add a little bit of the water from the noodles, heavy whipping cream, shin spicy powder and dried vegetable packets and stir.
Let everything for another minute and then add the cheese. Wait until fully melted then stir to combine all the ingredients.
Once ready, add the noodles and mix until all the noodles are coated with the sauce. Turn off the heat and pour the ramen into a bowl.
Garnish with dried seaweed. Serve and enjoy!
